What I learned from the Intrigue MAdverse conference is that the world is rapidly evolving, and so is our understanding of "value."
After attending the thought-provoking Intrigue MAdverse conference in Melbourne, I walked away with an even stronger belief: value is not just a concept, it’s an experience—and it’s inherently human.
"Service to others is the rent we pay for our time on Earth."
This powerful idea reminds us that the true value lies in our ability to uplift others. When we automate too much, we risk losing that emotional connection—the very thing that makes us irreplaceable.
Another takeaway from this Intrigue Madverse conference is that relationships are the fire that fuel our journey. The quality of our connections determines the strength of our impact. Value isn’t just about speed or scalability; it’s about the time and effort we pour into creating genuine bonds.
When we automate too much, we risk losing that emotional connection—the very thing that makes us irreplaceable.
We are the fifth element—the human element.
It’s our responsibility to infuse all other elements (earth, water, air, fire) with purpose and meaning. AI can amplify what we do, but to truly stand out, we must ensure it complements rather than replaces emotional value.
Nothing is impossible when we see challenges as opportunities: "I’m Possible."
With one hand to help ourselves and one hand to lift others, we can create a future where technology and humanity thrive together.
